Format of the Workshops
The meetings are arranged such that we can share information, knowledge, and experience in group discussions.
We offer a lecture before each group discussion to motivate dialogue.
After the group discussion, which is facilitated by one of the team participants, we again assemble all the participants for further discussion on the issues brought up during the group meeting.
The Lectures Flow in Accord with the Butterfly Approach
Introduction to the general concept;
Body & Brain relationship;
Brain & Mind relationship;
Our relationship with the environment; and
The concept of Spirituality.
Intermingled with each topic, we incorporate multidisciplinary ways to promote vital energy and wellbeing, such as Yoga, Qigong, Mindfulness, Relaxation Techniques, and Sound Therapy.
